Did your headcount change? Do you need to change location? Please contact us so we’re in the loop. We’ll do our very best to accommodate the changes. 

You may cancel your picnic up to 72 hours prior. You may still be responsible for food/beverage costs if the restaurant/sources are unable to cancel the order.

Customized orders and special picnics require a 14 day cancellation window.

There are so many places to picnic. Sometimes, selecting the location can be the hardest. Fortunately we’re a team of Aspen locals that know all of the best places to experience a picnic in Aspen and can guide you to the perfect location for your picnic. Whether it’s in a park, a mountaintop, by an Alpine Lake, near a stream or even in your back yard, we’ll be sure to help make the location parallel the picnic!

But of course! Visit our General Store where we sell some of our favorite picnic items and other fun provisions! Should you want to keep what you have rented from us, please contact us and we can charge a purchase vs a rental fee.

We have a saying in Colorado that if you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes. Although this isn’t true for the sunny days, it is mostly true for our rainy moments… You may cancel your picnic at no penalty up to 72 hours prior. You may still be responsible for food/beverage costs if the restaurant/sources are unable to cancel the order.

If it’s raining the day of the picnic, we’ll do our best to postpone set up and delivery! If you’d like to move the picnic indoors, we can come to your home or hotel and set something up fun indoors.

Once you fill out the booking form, we'll follow up to confirm details for your picnic experience and send an invoice via email. The forms of payment we accept are Venmo, Zelle, ACH, and Quick Books Pay.
