The Aspen Picnic Company is the brainchild of Virginia Frischkorn, founder of Bluebird Productions, one of Aspen’s most respected event planning companies. Drawing on her deep roots in the hospitality industry, she identified a need in the market for authentic, stylish, luxe mountain picnic experiences and The Aspen Picnic Company was born.

Each of our luxury picnics are one-of-a-kind experiences.
Our picnics begin at a fee of $2,500 for up to four picnickers. This fee includes the planning and coordination of rentals, decor, food, beverages, location, delivery, set-up and clean-up. Additionally specialty decor and rentals can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our picnics do not include food; however, we have pLenty of recommendations because Aspen is a foodie's paradise, after all! You can bring your own food, or we'll happily coordinate food and alcoholic beverages for your picnic.
Picnics are two-hour experiences, but additional time can be added on.
Think of us as a picnic concierge company!

We know a thing or two about big events! While our Signature Picnic Packages are designed for up to 8 guests, we offer incredible group picnic services!
